I'VE GOT THE BLUES

Hi ya everyone. Well, the 2 of you that are still checkin' up on me to make sure I'm still a f~ing live. Anyway....I know it's my fault.

I'm still dealing with the boss situation because it's come to my attention that he'd been protecting us for the longest time. Apparently, alot of us were to be fired and he'd just find inventive ways to cut the budget instead. He called me the other day and sensed a sadness. He would never say if anything were wrong but I think I have a way of reading things like that in people. Anyway....I can tell he misses us too. He and his girlfriend are like family. Is that crazy?

anywaz....

My love life ain't to lovely these days. I love working. It's my therapy. (who says this shit) But it is. I know that I have neglected my boyfriend alot in the process but I'm on a mission. There's money to be made and also...I've got my eyes on a market closer to home. So, I MuST bust my ass to make this station a hit and impress the right people. Am I wrong?

I know he's frustrated and I can't help that. One thing I can help is the words that utter from my lips. I never say anything that I will have to apologize for later. I don't dish out what I can take. What do you do when someone fucks up in the middle of a discussion and says something that they claim later, they didn't mean? How can you act is if it were a joke or never uttered at all? Is sorry enough? I'm at a loss.

Damn luv... that's a loaded question.. I guess for me anyway is I go by reading how that person is normally. I look to see if that woman (or man) has a history of saying jacked up things about other people.

I'm a firm believer that, if my lady could easily say something that's hurtful or lacks tact towards somebody else who is close to her, then my day may be coming. It may not happen, but it would be dismissive of me to think that it wouldn't happen to me either.

But if I notice that when she plays, she comes across coarse to someone else that she loves, but it's just a simple slip of the tongue, then I would give her the benefit of the doubt and feel that she merely slipped up and couldn't catch those words in time. That she was just playing and the playing crossed the line, but inadvertently so. That's how I roll.

And for sake of argument, if they DID mean what they said, but lacked tact, I think if they mean someone to you, if they are THAT important then give the chance to apologize.

I'm a little too forgiving I've been told and I don't think that is a bad thing. Just as long as you don't find yourself being a repeated forgiver, then that person is playing you. And ultimately you are playing yourself too. Keep your head up luv. Tomorrow will be a better day..

hello,

Your French is quite good, J'adore ;-)
My Bush quotations are weekly on my blog. I wrote a Master in communication and I analyzed his speeches, so I found a lot of funny stuff...
I hope that America will get another President, because your country is nice...

Hey Jazz. Do what you have to do. I'm with the person who said a good man will wait, women do it all the time.

dear..as my friend Luke says, its really all about the history of how that person is on the regular. Most of the time when people slip up with the tongue it is easy to see if they have a history of "slipping up" repeatedly in the past or if the heat of the moment overwhelmed someone and they got caught up in the moment...stay cool, calm, and collected and you'll be fine.
