I guess I am OFFICIALLY back to blogging. I am supposed to keep up a little blog on the station site.... www.magic973radio.com but I has to be squeaky clean. Where's the fun in that? So, I need to release via blogspot.

I have so much to unload about.

SO, the night I went out with the boss, the intern #1 and some friends, I'd been having some issues with intern #1, one of my co-workers said he touched her inapropriately and my boss even said that he tried to give him a massage. I think i've got a touchy feely weirdo on my hands. I'm affectionate but believe me,...I won't hug your ass if you don't extend your arms to receive one. So, now i have to have a "talk" with him about sexual harrassment in the workplace. HELLO?! I work at a radio station. there is always a sexual innuendo in the midst. Wish me luck. I don't want to scar the 12 yr old for life. I can be brutal. teehee

It took a minute but,....FINALLY.....I got another doggie. He still reminds me of my beloved KAS but...he has a little personality all his own. Is it wrong that I wish he were a little more like KAS. Anyway,....Everyone, Meet PJ! He's a cutie with loads of energy. I work so much that it's hardly fair that I have him but I'm loving him and he's going nowhere. So, anyway....I have so much to tell you. I really need to come clean but it's 12am and I'm on at 5:30am. I can't believe I'm still awake. Can you say...CRACKHEAD?!

Anywayz.... Well, remember this look? Iiitttt'sss baaaccckk! Went to Trivia tonight in a long time since FOREVER and began to feel real NICE! Anyway, the boss came out, the intern and friends and it was ON! Here is a picture of the new intern with the boss below. He's like 12 (the intern, i mean)! He hates when I say that but he is. (actually, he's exactly 21....so, he's 12) So, anyways....the usual crew got together. Oh, By the way....I am so loving that I can now post photos via blogspot. I'm loving this. Okay,...A.D.D.....so, anyway....the boss came over to our table to brag after winning this pink umbrella which looks alot like something OTHER than a pink umbrella. teeheehee He told me to erase this picture but I had too much fun laughing my ass off. Anyway, so me and the gang were back in the mix with intern #1 ...(below) and we got a little carried away with the camera. Hey,...does blogspot limit the amount of photos you can post? TRIBUTE TO THE TUBE!

Told you I would try to do better about posting...(thanks Luke Cage).

So here's the thing,....I love TV just as much as the next guy but pahleeze....STOP making me love shows...only to rip them away from me!

The tubes have been there since the beginning. When dear old dad would get drunk and want to bitch....it was the TV that helped me tune him out. Or when a boyfriend would begin to yap on and on about...I do this for a living, I sing, rap, blah blah blah and you should worship me,...I used the tubes to tune them out. Whenever I needed to be rescued from my reality,...you were always there.

It all started when I was a kid. We'd walk to the sitters house after school and she'd have her tv tuned to NBC...just in time for another exciting episode of ANOTHER WORLD! This soap was on for decades and you cancel it? I could understand if Rachel AND Mack Corey passed away. But no,...you gave her a new husband and axed the soap. What the Hell!? Then okay so, Anne Heche left the soap as Vicky but you brought in another believable sassy DIVA that we fell in love with...only to take her away. We stuck by you as you gave Lindsay Lohan her start as Ally (she was so adorable) and Alicia Copola kicked butt as Felica Galants daughter, Lorna. You replaced Amanda's and made Carl good. I even named my beloved dog KAS after Cas "Casanova" Winthrop. Your fans loved you and the network...ganked you. RIP ANOTHER WORLD, All I have left is Soap Net. I will remain a loyal fan and TIVO your re-runs at 3am.

Okay so this show was called POPULAR. It was cute like CLUELESS. Then it got all serious. That's what killed it. It wasn't on a good 2 seasons. THE BIG EASY!! THis show kicked ass. It was a detective agency out of New Orleans and the weird stuff that would go on there. It used to come on the the wee hours of the night on the USA Network. THat was some good TV.

AAHHH RIP BIG EASY! Surely I'm not the only one that watched this stuff.

So, this is the serious one out of the bunch. It was just too cool not to mention. I heard the movie version with Jamie Fox and Collin Ferrill SUCKS. COme on GUys!!! Hook it up! YOu gotta do some justice. Honestly, I can't see them as Crockitt & Tubbs, anyway.

These were the shows we loved that would make me giggle. WHY were they axed?

loved this show but losing it didn't hurt so much. If you say you didn't like the BUNDY's, I'll just stab you in the forhead because this show was the BOMB. Underdogs RULED! How can you not like that concept?

Now, there's a different world. It's funny, I watch the re-runs now and honestly...I never paid attention at the time, but it was a very socially conscious show addressing all kinds of issues from racism and drug abuse to domestic violence and sex crimes. With all that, they pulled off the light and funny. How did they do it?

This show is the reason I could never watch My Wife & Kids. We all know that Tischa Cambell is the reason the show folded. Sure, Martin went a little wacko. We remember the interviews from House Party and Martin said if he ever got his deal for his show, he was gonna hook you up and that's how you repay him? **skakin head** that's foul. RIP Marty MARR! (I wonder what ol' Cole is up to)
Then there were these shows. Kirstie Alley made fluffy fabulous! I wanted to buy clothes from her line. Let's not forget Dan Kortez from old school MTV's Real Sports. He was hot on that show.
Whoever wrote the script for this show should get an 80's style BITCH slap. I thought you would do the 80's justice. This show was justified in the cancelation. It should be re-vamped.
I love this show. I'm too choked up to talk about it but when Niles and Daphennee...........I can't.......

Which brings me to this show.....LOVE IT!!!! Remember when Debra Messing was on Ned & Stacy? See, I'm old school. Anyway...RIP WILL & GRACE!! Hopefully the network will pull a FRIENDS and give Jack and Karen spin offs. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

Remember SQUARE PEGS?

Well, I guess if I had to lose that show to get this one, it was okay. Then, this one falls prey.

Now these sisters kick butt. Aaron Spelling did this one right. It's like Charlies Angels with supernatural powers so...you know it was a good show. The death of this show came about from the merger of the wb and upn network. it sucks. and considering what upn was doing to joan, mya, lynn, toni and william on girlfriends....i doubt i'll be watching the new shows.
RIP CHARMED! I'LL BUY THE COMMEMORATIVE DVDS ALL OF THIS BITCHIN' STEMMED FROM THE LOSS OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SHOW....CHARMED! THIS ALL STARTED WITH THE MERGER OF UPN AND THE WB. WHY? IT HAD GREAT RATINGS, PLOTS AND FOUNDATION.

There are countless others from What's Happening, THat's mY Mama & GOodTimes to Maude, Dallas, Ironside...too many to list. What did you watch?

WILL SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE ME A NEILSON FAMILY? TV ISN'T WORTH IT ANYMORE. I THINK I'LL STICK TO RADIO.

I know there are so many other things to bitch about in the world but when you want to escape, there was always a sitcom to make you giggle. So this is a tribute to the tube.
